How To Use Moon Mode on Huawei P30 and P30 Pro

Huawei P30 Super Moon Mode

The new periscope telephoto lens on Huawei P30 and P30 PRO allows more optical zooming capabilities to be tucked in a compact body without losing image quality.

Together with the colour saturation provided by the 40 MP main camera, and stability of OIS, the SuperZoom Lens offers 10x hybrid zoom to see the never-before-seen with great resolution and rich detail.

Additionally, it can bring the moon right before your eyes with up to 50x zoom.

HERE’S HOW TO USE MOON MODE:

Moon mode helps to adequately capture the beauty of the moon along with fine details like moon beams and shadows.

  • Open Camera.
  • In Photo mode, spread two fingers apart in the viewfinder to zoom in to 10x or more, then aim your camera at the Moon.
  • After identifying the moon, your camera will automatically recommend the Moon Mode to help you get a clear shot.

Note: For your camera to identify the scene correctly, you need to touch to enable Master AI.
